If you need longer tubes, you do need to buy additional bands. Our long tubes comes in either the All in one portable gym set which comes with everything you need or if you already have the Band and Bar set, we would normally recommend you get the accessory set which makes up the All-in-one set.

Our Band and Bar set 2.0 and the All-in-One Gym comes standard with a resistance of 90kgs each. 


If you would like to upgrade to our maximum resistance, that would be 120kgs. For this you would need to buy the additional tube belts which is 6 x 20kg belts.

Building, maintaining, and improving an app at this level is very costly, and when the app was free it meant we simply couldn’t invest in the features or ongoing support our community was asking for.

Anything showing as locked is for the premium subscription service that we are offering a two week free trial for, so you can try the new app out and all its incredible new features! You are also able to use a basic version of the app without a subscription fee which has the start strong and get stronger alongside the activity section which is also free.

Subscriptions must be cancelled through the platform you originally signed up on (Apple or Google). We’re unable to cancel these on your behalf.

For any app freezing, crashing or issues in general please first try to ensure the app is updated to the latest version through the App store. We would also advise to try logging out and logging back in, deleting and reinstalling can also help. Failing trying these things please contact [email protected]

Do I need to pay to access the content?

No, you do not, you can download the app and access or signature start strong and get Stronger 12 week programs, the Pilates reformer content is also free.

We have also made lots of various workouts available on YouTube and in organise playlist so you can find workouts easily. Giving you a variety of different options so you can consistently train with Gymproluxe.

Orders & Order Issues

You should receive tracking details as soon as your order has been handed to our couriers. 

If you haven't received any tracking details, feel free to contact us at [email protected] to find out where your order is or what your tracking details are. 

You can do an immediate payment on our online store at the checkout via your card, Gpay or Shop Pay


We also have options where you can pay in separate payment over a certain period using Klarna and
Clearpay.

Cancel Order

Due to our fast processing and fulfilment times, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been placed.

As soon as an order is confirmed, it is quickly sent to our warehouse team for processing and dispatch. This allows us to ensure fast delivery times, but it also means we’re unable to intercept or amend orders once they enter this stage.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, you can:

  • Wait for your order to be delivered

  • Follow our returns process once it arrives

Full return instructions can be found on our website or by contacting our support team.

We’re unable to guarantee any changes after an order is placed, including:

  • Delivery address updates

  • Item changes

  • Order cancellations

This is because orders are processed almost immediately after checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery takes 1-2 working days to arrive.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked service or via Evri depending on the size of the parcel.

Please note all orders can take up to 2 days to process and orders placed after 4pm will only be processed the next working day. 

*Please note that during busy times in the year (Like the festive season) deliveries may be delayed due to increased deliveries countrywide. 

During this times we cannot guarantee a 1 - 2 day delivery as these delays are out of our control. 

We apologise for any delays or inconvenience caused in advance. 

Delivery in the US can take between 5 - 7 working days depending on when your order was placed and where you are based in the US. 

This excludes the 2 working days for processing. 

All orders are sent via UPS tracked service from our warehouse in Virginia or Columbus.


Orders to Ireland take 2-3 days to arrive. 

Rest of EU countries can take 4-6 working days to arrive. (there are no custom charges for EU countries) 

Customs duties may apply to some countries in the EU. We will inform you if your order required a customs fee paid and we'll advise on the next steps. 


(If we are sending a replacement band from the UK to the EU you may be required to pay the customs fee).

Shipping is free on orders over £100 orders below this will be charged a small shipping fee.

Please note that free shipping only applies to orders within the UK. International orders will be charged shipping and may also be charged an additional fuel surcharge depending on where they are based. 

Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent via e-mail with a tracking link. Please also make sure to check your spam folder as it can sometimes end up in spam.

Returns & Refunds

30-day return policy:

You may return your items at any time within the first 30 days after purchase. To begin the process please email our returns department at [email protected]

Please note the following: 

  • The returns must be in new and unused condition and original packaging.

  • Your refund will be issued in 3-5 business days after the return has been received. 

  • Gymproluxe will not provide additional packaging to return your items.

  • Please send with tracked shipping so we can track when it arrives at warehouse.

  • For International Orders:  All sales are final

International Customers: We do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY orders outside the UK. Duties and taxes are not paid by Gymproluxe and are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected at checkout. We are not responsible for any additional country fees that may apply.

*Please note the App purchase and e-books (Digital guides) are non-refundable.

No you are not able to get a refund for your Digital Guides, all sales of these are final.

Lifetime Warranty

Warranty

All our bands come with a free limited lifetime replacement warranty (valid for up to 2 replacements in a 365 days period, subject to review on an individual customer basis). 

This is an exclusive warranty limited to our resistance bands kits range covering manufacturing defects, unless stated otherwise. 

This warranty does not apply to any other product ranges we offer and is applicable to the expected normal lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the buyer. 

This warranty is also applicable only to the original owner, not for any subsequent owner.

Unfortunately, the items only qualify for a lifetime warranty if they have been purchased new on Amazon through our Amazon storefront or on our Online store. 


When requesting a replacement you will also be asked for proof of your order.

Should one if your items snap or break, please feel free to send your order details across to us at [email protected] 

Once we have received these, we will send across a form for you to fill out and if you are eligible for a replacement we will request the postage fee from yourself. Once this has been sent we will issue your replacement. 

Resistance bands are designed to be durable, but like any fitness equipment, they are subject to wear and tear over time.

Factors that can impact longevity include:

  • Frequency of use

  • Intensity of workouts

  • Overstretching beyond recommended limits

  • Incorrect setup or anchoring

Our bands are tested for regular use, but proper usage is key to maintaining their lifespan.

With correct use, your bands are designed to last through consistent, long-term workouts.

As a real example, our Head Coach Marcus has:

  • Filmed 470+ exercises

  • Created all workouts within the app

  • Continued to use the same original bands

This demonstrates that when used correctly, the bands are built for long-term performance.

To extend the lifespan of your bands:

  • Avoid overstretching beyond the recommended range

  • Ensure correct setup and anchoring before use

  • Avoid sharp edges or rough surfaces

  • Store bands in a cool, dry place

  • Follow the workouts and guidance provided in the app
